Condolences to the Shannon family, Mick was such a great person and I’m sure he’ll be missed by all that knew him. Fond memories of him in our school days, many years ago. RIP Mick.

Condolences to the Shannon families. We shall miss you. We always stopped into to see Mick on our way up north and stayed a couple of days with him. Sometimes he caught up with us especially at Yowah where he bought his opal mines where he was in his element, driving the big machines. Mick has gone to be with Dave and Rita and his old mate Jessie. Sorry we couldn’t be there for him today but he will never be forgotten, we miss you mate.
