Condolences to Eric’s family. Sadly we only met him briefly but glad we had the opportunity. Clearly a man held in fond regard by his community. May he rest in peace.
Eric….one of a kind, abrupt, bombastic, impulsive…..if you were his friend, friend for life, if not, bad luck. Bidders had to get their bids in and fast or miss out……..Eric was our stock agent and good friend for many years, we will miss him.
Condolences to the family, Ron & Val McWhae and girls.
Eric was a true gentleman and will be sadly missed love Rick and Donnella Bennett
Many fond memories of Eric when he was our stock agent ,great man and good friend to dad, please accept our condolences Regards Barry and Sharyn Vinecombe
Fond memories of Eric visiting us in Jimaringle when we were kids – his passion for the stock and station life. The banter with us all about the footy – Collingwood was always the number 1 topic after the business end of the visit. I know his friendship with my parents continued when they went north to Coonamble and we have had many family lunches at the RSL since their return. Rest in peace now Uncle Eric – you were one tough nut and I know you will be missed by many.
Sorry I cant be there to say goodbye but know that we will be thinking of you and the family on your day.
I have fond memories of Pa taking me to see kangaroos and emus and on tours of Barham. He was always so thoughtful. He would always bring me fresh grapefruits whenever I came to visit. I’m so grateful that Pa helped raise such a beautiful daughter who raised the man of my dreams who is now raising three wonderful children of his own. Eric Membrey has left such an amazing legacy of love and family.
Always a man on a mission. Great bloke. Enjoy your rest. Don’t count too many sheep

I am pleased that I could have spent time with you on 28th December. You were a man I could confide in, you were fair dinkum, took no bullshit and supported me in my time as CEO of the Club. I enjoyed your company and the pain is over now mate. Safe journey and Rest In Peace.
Regards to the family we will miss a legend.
