Your were my mentor, friend and first employer. Your kindness, compassion, knowledge and unwavering values earned the respect of everyone who knew and worked alongside you.
Dale you set me on my journey of serving and supporting our community. Instilling work ethic, patience and resilience.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dale’s passing. I too, practised as a pharmacist in Kerang for many years, and whilst in one sense we were business competitors, we always enjoyed a relationship built on mutual respect, cooperation and friendship. We both recognised that our community was best served by having a choice of pharmacies, and we worked together whenever it was in the interests of our patients.
It was after our retirement that our friendship grew even stronger. Although I moved away from the district, I always made a point of calling in to see Dale whenever I returned. We shared many enjoyable conversations, reflecting on old times and the people we had both come to know and value. Dale earned the admiration and respect of so many people through his professionalism, integrity and genuine care for others. My sincere condolences to his family and to all who mourn his passing. He will be remembered with great respect and affection.
“Thank you, Dale, for your friendship over so many years. It was a privilege to know you. Rest in peace”.
Dale has left a huge impact in the community of Kerang.
He will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
The pharmacy business he & Claire built was the hub of the community. Working for and with Dale for over 30 years was an honour. Staff were taught to be respectful, non-judgmental and compassionate.
We have a lifetime of family memories. Many days of tennis, country week and celebrations at the Royal and of course following the best horse “SpinksyMac”!!
Simon, Trudie & families, our thoughts are with you all in the sudden and sad loss of your much loved “Special” Dad & grandad. He will be greatly missed.
