So sorry to hear of Mr O’Neill’s passing. He was a wonderful man and a favourite customer of mine. I will miss his smile and sense of humour! I’m honoured to have been able to call him a friend, some people come in to your life when you least expect it, and leave a massive imprint. You were one of those people.

To Mrs O’Neil n family, especially to Rodney, a friend of past,
My heart felt condolences to you n the entire family on the passing of your much loved, husband, father, grandfather n great grandfather.
Many years ago as a young girl l lived across the road from the O ‘Neill family, Mr n Mrs were always so lovely to me n then later growing up I was a friend of Rodney’s.
Years pass so quickly, reunions n visits far between but regardless of time some memories we share of people are never forgotten.
I hope Rodney that you n all your family have many wonderful memories of your dad, full of love, laughter with many stories to tell to help you through the sad days ahead.

Dear Joyce, Judy, Rodney, Sue, Chris & families,
We were saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. We will miss his regal wave every time he visited the club & always with a smile.
He was a true gentleman with complete devotion to Joyce, waiting patiently having a quiet beer & a bag of salt & vinegar chips in the main lounge & sometimes a little shut eye.
I have no doubt that a lot of problems of the world were solved when Jim would catch up with locals, a great social outing.
Being a Life member of the club, it was Jim’s passion & he gave so much time & devotion sharing his knowledge of indoor bowls.
May you Rest In Peace Jim, no longer in pain. XX
