An honour to have known David in his earlier days at college. A true character with many achievements to be celebrated.
My sincere condolences to David’s family and loved ones. I had the pleasure of meeting David in the early 1980s when he was a well respected and popular member of the Penrith football club. A great fellow well liked and respected by all who knew him.
Dear Sharon, Dylan, Marc, Ellie and families,
We are so sad to hear of your loss and can only imagine the heartache you are all experiencing. Dave was a great friend during our uni days and in the early 80 whilst he and Sharon lived close by in the Blue Mountains. We loved his sense of humour and really enjoyed catching up after a 25 year hiatus last April when we spent a memorable evening at Belmount. We are hoping in the afterlife Dave can track down the Fondue set we bought him and Sharon for their wedding present as he assured us he would not have thrown it out.
We will always remember his humour, his friendship and his love for his family. You were his world. Sending you our love,
Delphine and Lee XX
