It is with sadness that we announce the death of Mrs Valma May JEWSON.
Funeral details will follow when arrangements are finalised.
We wish to encourage you to express your sympathies and condolences to the family via a post on this announcement which the family are able to access and read.
You have always been our ‘ darling Valdie May’. Greatest Aunt ever. But so much more to us.
Anyone can be a mother but a second mum holds your heart forever, that was you.. a treasure who chose to love n nurture us like your own. So much like your own mother, our Nonnie, you were the beating heart n soul of our family. Possessing the rare gift of making everyone feel safe, seen, heard n loved unconditionally. Never judged.
The peacemaker, the calming balm. On the rare occasion you went into battle you became the little warrior n God help the person on the wrong side of right.
Apart from family the loves of your life were your farm n the animals, your pets, both brought to you a peace n solitude you enjoyed greatly.
We are shattered that our guiding light has left us, cannot comprehend that we will no longer see that beautiful smiling face, those twinkling bright eyes, get to hold those soft gentle hands again or see our little Valdie May in fits of laughter after telling you a naughty joke. And you did love a joke, just as much as you loved your chocolates.
As hard as it was to let you go, say goodbye we also knew n understood how very tired you were my darling, that you now need to sleep.
Rest beautiful lady n carry our hearts with you into eternal peace.
Love you forever ❤️ Valdie May
Your Nettie Bien ( the naughty one) n
Sister Susie ( Tease, the one who pretended to be good ) 💐 🌹
