Alan Leslie Dehne was the best Cheesemaker by far .I had the job off doing all the graphs with moistures etc and i could go what time Boof started and do his graphs and you get a ruler and it would be in a straight line

Deepest condolences to Pearl, Nev and family and Tracey, got plenty of treasured memories of my own of Boof, taught me how to make cheese and every shortcut that went with it and I’m sure you all have plenty more. Used to love when he used to say “just going home to light the fire yuk yuk yuk” then he would come back just in time to clock off, good times, the redfin in Kow swamp will sleep safer, take care Edgey.
