On behalf of Denise and I,
We offer our deepest sympathy and condolences to Jan, Rob, Cathy, Rachel, and their families on Ken’s passing.
Ken has had a long, interesting journey through life, facing many challenges, taking opportunities, and making many decisions a winner.
You took up the opportunity to become a farmer, taking tentative steps and then achieving farm ownership with Jan.
You also excelled on the football field, achieved a premiership, and left many of us with fond memories of the way you played the great Australian rules game.
Our community bus outings have been memorable; Ken has always displayed a great affection for our district and community, Ken loves to tell many stories about their friends and community in the district.
Many ways can be summed up in a few words:-
I expect to pass through this world, but once
Any good, therefore that I can do
Or any kindness that I can show
Let me do it now
Let me not defer or neglect for
I shall not pass this way again.
Now it is time to rest, Ken thanks for the memories.
Rest in peace Ken, condolences to all the family.
Deepest sympathy to all of Ken’s family, long time friends from the Thompson family.
