A Funeral Service for Mr Daniel Matthew PIPPIN will be held in the Adams Funeral Chapel, 39 Fitzroy Street, KERANG on FRIDAY (2nd February, 2024) commencing at 2:30pm.

RIP brother. So sorry we lost contact after i joined the army and moved away. Loved playing football by your side. You were always a team mate to be relied upon. I have some of the funniest memories involving you as we were in our mid to late teens. So sorry I couldn’t attend the service. You will be forever in our hearts Dan. Love and condolences to family.
I cherish the fond memories of us in our younger years together. You were adored by everyone! All your old friends have missed you over the years, probably more than you ever knew. Sending love and prayers during this difficult time. My heart goes out to Ellen, Jo, and Bernie.

I’m sorry I can’t be there in person today to say goodbye, but you will be forever in our hearts as the Danny we adored.
My deepest sympathies Ellen, Jo and Bernie, and to all who loved Danny. There are few words – so many of my teenage memories have Danny in them.
From “Honest Dan, the signwriter man”, to the way you would simply and quietly leave a party to go home – no words, no fanfare, no goodbyes…. It was legendary – so many cries of ‘Wheres Danny?” only for us to look at each other and know that you’ve snuck out.
You and I cut up our jeans together for Lakeside, did our hair together for parties, and so much more. I’m so sad I didn’t get to talk to you again – and sad we fell out of touch.
I missed you my friend. I’m sorry I can’t be there in person today, but will be joining via the livestream.

All my love to you Ellen, Jo and Bernie. Dan was truly loved by us all. I am proud to have called you mate Dan. My heart breaks knowing I’ll never spend time with you again. Although you were doing your own thing, all your old friends missed you and loved you – I just wish you knew how much. Life takes us all in differing directions, and luckily here and there our paths crossed again – it doesn’t help when I live overseas for 10 years. Who knows, maybe it’s possible we’ll meet again somewhere in time and space. Love you brother, and I hope I can say goodbye without looking like a 4 year old kid. Go Pies mate! Xx
