To the Wilson family’s
Well where do I start First met Shirley some 35yrs ago when they moved into the Quamby Hotel. She became my boss a great one at that I was cleaning and cooking with her. Doing over 100 meals Saturday nights. She got me playing Bowls which I thought I never would then played Bowls together for many yrs she was my skipper not afraid to tell my if I was short. Many fun times on and off the greens. She became a big part of our family after the passing of Bob .she was involved in most of our family gatherings. Party’s. Weddings etc. As I was with hers going to Ballarat to meet family. Lots of Dress up were had. Became a travelling companion to the Gold Coast ever yr. Over the last few yrs I would visit her every week in Boort. Rest easy now my Bestie and companion. PAT
