Sending heartfelt sympathy to all the Stone Family. Robert was a wonderful, caring person who always looked out for others. Ross played cricket with Robert for seven years whilst we lived in Pyramid Hill and has many fond memories of the times he had spent with him. Always the club man,
he was involved with the club in many ways. A true gentleman Robert had Pyramid Hill in his heart. Fly high now Robert, now in God’s beautiful garden with all his loved ones. Ross and Lynne Kelly.
Robert your funeral was beautiful.
RIP Robert. A dear friend who was generous with his actions and time. Always a happy face around the football and cricket clubs and meetings around the street. He never missed with a birthday card or Christmas card. Now returning to finally rest in Pyramid Hill where he belonged.
What a gentleman Robert was. Love , hugs and prayers to his family and friends.
So sorry to hear about Robert. Allan and I always enjoyed catching up with him when he resided in the Pyramid Hostel. Robert took a keen interest in everyone and their achievements, he especially loved it when ‘locals’ excelled in their chosen fields.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of Robert’s family at this time, he will be sadly missed. I will be thinking of you tomorrow and i’m sorry that I can’t be with you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all Robert’s Family and Friends thinking of each and everyone of you during this time of sadness .Robert was one of Nature’s true gentlemen.
