Deepest sympathy to Con’s family. Special memories of our neighbour and his beloved cat.
Deepest sympathy to all the Roald’s families,
Connie was a long time friend from the Mt. Hope days.
Cheers from Geoff
Dear Joan
Sorry to learn of Conrad’s passing. Brothers are precious. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
On behalf of the Kerang Dance Club, we offer our deepest sympathies and condolences for Conrad Roald’s passing to his family, his sister Joan, and her family.
As he was known to all of us, Connie was an active club member. He taught people to dance and encouraged others to take up the great pastime of old-time dancing. He also taught Debs and their partners along with his friend Val and others.
Quotation
It takes rain and sunshine to make a rainbow.
In recent times, Connie has experienced plenty of not-so-good rainy days, but every so often, he would bring out the sunshine and the welcome that he always gave everyone. Our club will miss his somewhat noisy nature, always in the best of humour, encouraging others to enjoy the evening of dance in the hospitality.
Connie’s stories are always the most interesting. His life experience gave him many, so he had plenty to share with anybody who would listen.
Connie will now join many of his fellow dancers, his old football team, and his workmates, whom he knew well.
Connie would have considered his life ordinary; it’s the opposite. He achieved and participated in many activities along his life’s journey.
Life’s race well run,
Life’s work well done
Life’s victory won,
Now come of the rest

As we continue our love of dancing Connie, particularly your favourite, the Emmerdale waltz,
You’ll all be remembered and never forgotten.
Thanks for the journey
Peter Beet, President Kerang Dance Club
And all its members, past and present.
