A Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. William Edmund ‘Bill’ McGRATH will be held at the Quambatook Lawn Cemetery on THURSDAY (26th March, 2026) commencing at 11.30am.

Deepest sympathy to all the McGrath family. Bill loved to have a coffee with the boys in the street. Always ready for a chat with a smile on his face. He will be missed.

I always loved a chat with Bill whether in person or on the phone, not sure who spoke more, me or him. I will never forget the day he rang me when I was on my way home from golf. I was caught up in a massive rain and dust storm. Bill always rang when it was raining for a long time to make sure I wasn’t in the “mud storm”! You will be sadly missed Bill, we will forever be honoured to be a part of your family. RIP Bill.
I may have only known you a short time but a pleasure to have known you. Never a dull moment as you always spoke your mind. I did achieve a few smiles which was a delight to see. RIP Bill and fly high with the angels.

We had a great time together.
