A Memorial Mass for the repose of the soul of Mrs Kathleen Philomena FOOTT will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, KERANG on THURSDAY (26th February, 2026) commencing at 11:00am.

My late parents Dorothy and Michael had great memories of fun filled visits to Kilmihil when Kathleen and your late Dad visited Kathleen’s mums homeplace in Ireland. She, like all her siblings had great value for their Irish heritage. May Kathleen rest in peace. In the words of an old Irish saying:-

Such a great lady and work colleague. Kath always made us laugh with her antics which always made work so enjoyable even when times were tough. She was a pillar of strength when you needed help and I will always be grateful for the support she gave me.

My deepest sympathy to all of Kath’s family. What a beautiful friend and workmate she was back in the day at the Kerang Hospital. So many laughs together, visits to Murrabit for cuppas. I am so thankful for Kath’s presence in my life even though we didn’t get to see each other much in the intervening years when I lived in Queensland. She will never be forgotten. RIP my dear friend.
