Walter and family, sorry we can’t be with you to say goodbye, we are thinking of you. We have lots of great memories of our times at Lake Edge. We were very lucky to spend some time with Anne in her last few days.
Oh Anne you were such a positive presence, always bringing warmth and light wherever you went. A true patchwork queen, your creativity and talent were only matched by your kindness and generosity. Your smiling face and wonderful company made every moment brighter, and I will miss you.
My heartfelt condolences to Walter and the family.

My friend, my mate, my CWA comrade in Melbourne. I will miss you so much, I remember the big hug and photos in the church. The memories are mine to keep. We all loved and treasured your friendship. Fly high lovely lady, till we meet in God’s sewing room. Love you.
I will meet you some time in the future where the sewing machines never play up, there is no need for unpicking and the quilting material is free. We will talk and sew and laugh and hug and be pain free.
Anne was such a good friend to my mum Pam Brown and a lovely quilter.
Have a fun time in heaven with mum!
Wonderful times spent together at C.W.A meetings. Your creativity was so inspiring and the fun and laughter we shared will always be remembered.
Rest peacefully.

Anne made many quilts and donated them to special causes. I will miss our fun and laughter shared on quilting days. Knowledge that you provided to us will be sadly missed by all who came in contact with you. The angels quilting group will welcome you with open arms. I will miss you dearly Anne but will never forget you. You were an inspiration to us all.

So sad to hear of Anne’s passing. So many memories of times spent while in the CWA at Dingwall. So many happy chats when we met in the street & caught up with all the local news in CWA. You will be so missed by so many. Your laughter was so infectious. Deepest sympathy to all your family. May you now rest in peace.
Loving memory of a dear friend. Member of Ex Kerang Branch CWA. A very talented lady. Sympathy to Walter and family. She will be remembered.
At rest after years of pain.
Love from Nancy.
Walter and family, Anne will leave a hole in many folks and groups lives. She was always sharing her thoughts, and her amazing sense of humour. Laughter was definitely the best medicine in our lives. She could whip up anything, crochet sachet hangers, quilts for those in need and took great pleasure in making a special one for her family members, but the thing I had to learn was one thread embroidery. Mine was very ordinary. She made many goodies from the veggie patch Walter tended, but always let us know it was a chore sometimes. We loved our cuppas, sewing days and world discussion occasionally, but she always spoke of her family, especially the younger members in endearing terms.
Treasure the memories, and I am sure she will be an angel wherever she goes.
Kath and Colin.
Sincere condolences to Walter and family, so sorry to hear of Anne’s passing. A lovely lady who will be sadly missed. May your memories bring you comfort.
Love from Tony and Teresa Moretti and family. Xxx
