Yesterday Chris’s funeral brought the Mitiamo and Pyramid Hill Community together in support and grievance and I know Chris truely would have been humbled.
Thank you to:
– The CFA for their guard of honor and Lieutenant Bryan for his memorial speech at the cemetery.
– Adams & sons funeral directors, Kerang.
– The Mitiamo Football and Netball Club fur use of room.
– To Robin and Merrilee for their prayer reading.
– A Big Thanks to the ladies of the town, Jill, Lorna, Jenny, Nikki, Carol and Sue for their assistance with food preparation and service.
I am very grateful to have an amazing family, to my Kids and Husband who played a huge role in yesterday’s ceremony, from the photo presentation, pall bearing, readings and playing their string instruments at the cemetery.

Chris was a respected friend and work mate to me. I would catch up with him when we had joint shire meetings. To me he was a kind and thoughtful person and we would talk about grader works and jobs we were doing on the Loddon Shire.
