A Funeral Service for Mr Alfred Edward ‘Alf’ BERRY will be held at Adams Funeral Chapel on MONDAY (5th September, 2022) commencing at 10.30am.

I remember so many great times with pop, his stories of mischief as a young man and him teaching us about the outdoors.
One funny story is when we went to visit, and went fishing. It was me, Blake, Greg and pop, but we didn’t bring enough water out in the boat, and we were so thirsty that we had a sip out of the Murray river.
A few hours after arriving back at the house we all felt very sick for the remainder of the day and learned our lesson. That story became a joke is the years to come that we would share when we went out fishing 🎣
I’m glad Alf is at peace now and in a better place. Although I wasn’t able to attend the funeral my thoughts are with the Berry family. R.I.P.
Dear Bev and family, Thinking of you all today. We have so many wonderful memories of Alfie and Bev making the trip up to the Whitsundays every year to spend precious time with us and the grankids Jay, Blake and Shaina. So many different vans and caravans over the years and so much participation with all of the kids sports . little athletics, soccer, motocross, horseriding , fishing, and of course Alfies birthday party every year where he loved to put on the three birthday hats . He will be deeply missed by us all xxxx
