A Funeral Service for Mr Peter BASILE will be held at Adams Funeral Chapel, 39 Fitzroy Street, KERANG on THURSDAY (15th January, 2026) commencing at 1:00pm.

Thoughts, prayers and sympathy are with Rob, Jodie and families. I remember when Peter and Gwenda had their shop. Both very friendly people to all their customers. They made great thickshakes.

Condolences to Peter’s family on the loss of Peter He new his vegies and fruit and would always say they were a good buy or “PRICE too HIGH”.
A quiet worker around the Bowling Club with his specialty being looking after the drinks at many an event.
A very handy leader at bowls throughout his career.
When the boys played Junior Football at Wandella, Peter and Gwen were generous with their support.
After Gwen’s health started to slip, then her passing Peter has struggled without his soulmate and I am sure there will be a gladful reunion awaiting them.
