I am saddened to hear of Dorothys passing today, especially as I would have liked to have attended her funeral. Dorothy was one of the girls at Macs, sharing our lives and a coffee and she always spoke fondly of her family, to which I extend my sincere condolences. She certainly was a special lady and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Sorry to hear of the passing of Dorothy, thinking of the family at this sad time.

Our love & deepest sympathy to all the family.

Sincere sympathy to Dorothy’s loved ones. She was a significant part of our lives when we had the Servo. So many beanies knitted for prem babies – perhaps thousands! May she rest in peace 🙏
Dorothy was a very memorable lady. Always ready for a chat when she came into the servo for her lunch or dinner. She always had her knitting with her. I was only thinking of her the other day wondering how she was. Deepest sympathy to Dorothy’s family.
Our deepest sympathy to the family of Dorothy. She will always be remembered as a long life friend of our mother (Maureen Purton) and stood by her despite the difficulties of Mum’s illness. The Purton family will always remember Dorothy and mum working together on the Cohuna Hospital Auxillary who, with others, were trying to raise money for the Hospital when it was being established. A great community lady, Dorothy’s presence will be greatly missed.
Deepest sympathy to all Dorothy’s family. A special person who contributed quietly to her community. Have special memories never to be forgotten.
Anne.
Much love to all who loved her, a kind hearted and giving soul who was a much loved member of the community.
May you rest easy.
A lady who kept to herself, but always thought of others. Many hours of unpaid community work in lots of different activities. Lots of fun at Bingo with her lucky charms around her. My condolences to the family.
Rest in peace Dorothy, sympathy to all her family. A lady who was not afraid to put her hand up and help her community.
Rest in peace Dorothy.
I still remember you coming into the cafe each morning for your toasty and cuppa for breakfast.
You sat there and read your paper – always loved a chat too!
A wonderful member of our community who will be sadly missed. Deepest sympathies to the family.
Rest In Peace Dorothy. Will miss your little notes and comments.
Condolences to Dorothy’s Family, lovely lady fondly remembered.
Deepest sympathy to Dorothy’s family, from former Cohuna Red Cross members and Cohuna Neighbourhood Watch. Dorothy was a long-serving member of both groups, holding positions of Office many times, over many years ..
Rest In Peace Dorothy .
Thinking of you Kirsten and extending our sincere sympathy to you and your family on Dorothy’s passing. A good community minded lady who went quietly about her business. A good customer which never forgot our birthdays. Always knew how old we were but reluctant to tell us hers. Our prayers are with you and her at this sad time. In God’s care 🙏
Deepest sympathy to Dorothy’s family. She supported our community, quietly without fuss. It would be interesting to know how many raffle tickets Dorothy and Mrs.Poole sold over many years for many organizations in our Community. Rest easy Dorothy.
