It is indeed with sadness that I read in “The West Australian” last Saturday, the passing of Tom Graney. I wasn’t sure if it was the Tom who attended John Curtin High with me because there were no other notices nor Funeral details. Being born the same year as myself was an indication that it was my friend. Tom & I sang together in a School Rock Band, performing at end of term concerts. I have a newspaper photo and article referencing that should the family wish to have a copy. I hadn’t had contact with Tom for a number of years now, but I do have great memories. I can still ‘hear’ Tom’s version of “Surfer Joe”. God bless Tom. Rest in Peace. Terry Harris. Perth
