Ash so sorry to hear of Linda’s passing, remember the good times you had together.
We will farewell our lovely Linda next Saturday 20th of November at St Johns Anglican Church, 27 Nieram Street Barham at 2.00. Following the service, we will continue down to the River for a ceremonial smoking ceremony and the scattering of her ashes over the water at Barham wharf. Refreshments will be served at the Barham Shire Offices Tea Rooms. An invitation is extended to join Ash at The Barham Club for drinks.
Thank you to the many people who have expressed their condolences to Ash, Rita, Nada and the Family. We look forward to seeing you at the service if you are able to attend.
Linda was an amazing lady. She was never defined by her health and always had a smile on her face. She was alwsys so generous with her time and knowledge…a kinder person you will never meet.

My beautiful Aunty Lindy, words can’t possibly describe how much you mean to me.
You taught me kindness, how to be soft hearted but to stay strong, that the small things are important, and always reminded me that I am loved. Your support was everything, I knew you were proud of me, and when I didn’t know whether I could keep going you reminded me to put one foot in front of the other and just keep going.
You never liked me saying it, but you’ve been my mum figure for a long time now, and I was so lucky to have that. We were so lucky to have you in our lives, everyone was.

I am so sad to have finally lost my beautiful sister. When she was born, my Grandfather said we would always have each other. And we did. We were born 14 months apart, but never apart for long.
Her name means ‘Love’. She was the embodiment of that, generous to a fault, so selfless and encouraging. Her mantra was ‘it costs nothing to be kind’. All through her struggles, she never gave up hope and never gave up loving others. She was fiercely determined, courageous and strong. Linda loved cooking because it was her way of loving. She loved Sauci Sista, the markets and her customers
Most of all, she loved Ash, her doggies and her family. She will be missed by so many whom she has touched in this life. Linda was my voice of reason in times of trouble, my light in dark places and my best friend. I will miss her terribly, but I am comforted to know that she is out of pain and free of the struggle of life on this earth. I look forward to meeting her again where she dwells with the angels.
