What a beautiful send off for such a wonderful man. You fought so hard Sid, will miss your warm snuggle cuddles that I would get everytime I saw you. It was always a struggle to get you to let go, your grip would be always so tight. How I would love just one more of your hugs. Thinking of the whole family today x
Dearest Fran & family
My deepesr sympathy on the passing of Sid.
I have the fondest of memories of the good old times when you used to come to the bank & we all enjoyed a Christmas “lunch” together.
I loved that I could call Sid “Boss”. He was the best “boss” anyone could wish for.
He was such a special man. I will miss him dearly.

To Fran & Family
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the death of our much loved cousin Sidney.
Lois & I are very sad that we never made our one last promised visit. We also cherish the memories of the very happy times, childhood visits to Thoona… Sidney always made myself & his city cousins very welcome, sharing a happy rural experience with us all.
As adults in later life we appreciated his qualities even more as a very caring, most respectful & great company. Thank you for your efforts to visit my Mum, Aunty Alma in her last years, she appreciated so much. Always accompanied by Fran his “loyal driver. Thank you Fran!
From my daughter Narelle, thank you for your friendly phone calls, much enjoyed & remembered.
We all have very happy memories of times we shared, we will all miss you Sidney!!!
Your rabbiting friend.

Oh sending you so much love Fran. Rest peaceful syd. I’m sorry I never got around for that visit. Covid times are so unfair
To Fran and extended family, deepest sympathy on your sad loss. Sidwas one of those good guys we are lucky enough to meet in life and always remember. Sid was our accountant at Deer Park branch of State Bank of Vic. I remember long counter lunches and a few frothies after work at the DPH where we would discuss the worlds problems ie: racing, football and what was the best take away beer. Vale Sid Priestley.
Our deepest sympathy to Fran and family on the passing of Syd. A lovely man who will be very much missed.

To Frances, Patrick and family,
Fond memories of days gone by camping at Cohuna many, many years ago. This is when we met, I was only 13, now 52. Sid and I always had a great connection and never a visit without one of his special hugs. I am saddened we didn’t get another visit in more recent times. My sincere condolences to Fran and all the family. I am saddened by his passing, but will never ever forgot the times spent together and the effort you both made to trip to Ballarat for major family birthdays and events. Remembering the good times. Love to all. From Joanne White (Vagg) Hannah and Abbey. xxx
