Dear Pop, may you rest easy old boy. There will never be to many as hard as what you were but the best thing is that you imbedded all of that in your kids, grand-kids and great-grandchildren. Thanks for your wisdom that you have passed on to all of us, I will be forever grateful. I’ll see you again old cowboy. Love ya Pop xx
Pop,
You had a way of making everyone feel special- with your magpie tickles, your infectious laugh and never-ending love for everyone, especially your tribe of a family! So proud of each and everyone one of us. I’m sure you’ve got the best seat in the house now, watching over everything, and I can just imagine you up there, cheering on Carlton, probably with a cheeky grin on your face. You were a fighter right until the end. You can finally now now rest easy looking after those above with you and watching over those below.
Forever Loved, Fly High
Love Maddie x
Pop,
You were a tough old bugger, there wasn’t much that could beat you.
You fought so hard, for so long.
Thank you for all the memories, the laughter, and the tears.
For every time you tugged on our ears as we left your back gate,
for every time you said, “People would pay hundreds of dollars for your curls,”
and for all the times you plotted your escape from the nursing home with that cheeky grin on your face.
You won’t be forgotten.
May you finally rest in peace.
Fly high.
Lots of love, Briody xoxox
